RACHEL A. DEWALD

Rachel is a Paralegal working under the direction of Attorneys Susan E. Johnson-Drenth and Crystal R. Pound, with a focus in the areas of probate and trust administration.  Along with her paralegal degree, Rachel is a Certified Paralegal through the National Association of Legal Assistants, and has over nine years of legal experience. 

Rachel works closely with her clients to assist them in transitioning assets upon a loved one’s passing.  She handles both large taxable and smaller estates, trust administrations, and the preparing and filing of State and Federal estate tax returns.

Rachel is a United States Army veteran who lives in Fargo with her dogs, Mia and Zoe. She enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and running.
